Frazier Willman is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in government affairs, research, and legislative assistance. Currently serving as Manager of Government Affairs at the American Forest & Paper Association since February 2023, Frazier also works as a Graduate Assistant at American University, where responsibilities include conducting research and assisting in teaching. Previous roles include an internship with U.S. Representative Adam Smith, where project management and communication skills were honed, and ownership of Highland Improvements LLC., focusing on business development and customer service. Experience as a Legislative Assistant in the Washington State Senate involved managing a legislative office and improving constituent engagement. Frazier holds a Master of Public Policy from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economy and International Business from the University of Puget Sound.
