Tia Washington, MPA, MNM, serves as the Senior Manager of Career Pathways at American Forests since 2022. Prior to this role, Tia held various positions at the City of Tallahassee from 2019 to 2022, including Case Manager and Program Manager, focusing on student enrollment partnerships, budget preparation, funding research, and financial data analysis. Tia's experience also includes serving as a Dynamic Futures Specialist at CareerSource Capital Region in 2018 and a Foster Care Counselor at Children's Home Society of Florida from 2013 to 2018. Tia earned a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Nonprofit Management from the University of Central Florida in December 2022, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from Florida State University in 2013.
