Susan Solomon is an experienced executive with a robust background in operations, finance, and human resources. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at American Friends of Bar-Ilan University since 2010, Solomon oversees finance, operations, marketing, IT, and administration while supporting fundraising efforts. Prior to this role, Solomon was a Strategic Operations and Human Resources Consultant at the American Jewish Committee and held the position of Director of Resources and Strategies at Hadassah, where strategic planning and human resources were key focuses. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Human Resources at The Brookdale Hospital and Medical Center, managing various HR functions for a multi-site medical center. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Psychology from Yale University, a Bachelor's degree from Stony Brook University, and an MBA from Baruch College.
