Claire Hannapel

Claire Hannapel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and community service. Currently serving as the Leadership and Planned Gift Officer at American Friends Service Committee since December 2022, Claire also volunteers at Bluestem Conservation Cemetery. Previously, Claire held roles as Organizer at Resource Generation and Development Director at Quaker Voluntary Service. Additional experience includes managing the Identification Program at Georgia Law Center for the Homeless and contributing as a Fellow at Quaker Voluntary Service. Claire's background also features leadership and membership roles in various organizations such as Real Food Challenge, Student Conservation Association, Durham Farmers' Market, and Seal the Seasons. Claire holds a Bachelor of Arts in Food Systems with a minor in Geological Sciences from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
