Ericka Perryman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ericka is currently working as the Senior Director of Issue Communications at the American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers (AFPM), a position they have held since 2019. Prior to this, Ericka served as the Director of Issue Communications at the same company from November 2019 to December 2022.

Prior to their work in the U.S. House of Representatives, Ericka worked as a Press Secretary for the 75th District in the California State Assembly from November 2008 to January 2011. Ericka also gained experience working in the legal field as a Legal Support Assistant at the Riverside County District Attorney's Office from January 2008 to October 2008.
