Douglas Bell

Douglas Bell is a seasoned transportation and operational executive with extensive experience in safety leadership, strategic planning, and process improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Special Projects at H. R. Ewell since March 2023, Douglas has previously held key roles such as Transportation Specialist at B&R Compliance Associates, LLC, and Regional Vice President at Heniff Transportation Systems. A former VP of Operations at Carry Transit, Douglas significantly enhanced profitability and productivity while leading safety initiatives. Douglas also held various leadership positions at Linde Americas, overseeing operations in the Oil and Gas segment and ensuring regulatory compliance. With a foundational role as VP of East Operations at Bulkmatic Transport Company, Douglas managed a large team across multiple states and contributed to significant sales growth. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
