Jim Pawlowski has extensive experience in leadership roles within the toy and financial services industries. Currently serving as Sr. Director at both Mattel, Inc. and American Girl since March 2017, Jim previously held the position of Director of Information Technology at Mattel from June 1998 to March 2017. Earlier in the career, Jim was a Technical Analyst at Northwestern Mutual Life from 1995 to 1997. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, earned between 1991 and 1995.
