As the Founder of Nu(mi) Coaching, Simon focuses on assisting midlife finance professionals in realigning their goals and overcoming limiting beliefs. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for both American Golf, Europe's largest golf retailer, and International Leisure Group Limited, Simon plays a pivotal role in shaping financial strategies within the leisure sector. Prior experience includes founding and managing TurnPoint+, where Simon provided tailored services to businesses, and a senior managerial position at KPMG, specializing in restructuring services. Simon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Management Science from Keele University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
