Nick Heisterkamp, CTB, possesses extensive experience in expedited operations and sales management within the logistics industry. Currently at American Group, LLC since October 2016, Nick has been instrumental in establishing and expanding the expedited operations department, as well as leading the Inside Sales team to achieve key performance indicators. Nick's previous roles include Director of Carrier & Agent Relations, overseeing strategic growth and partnerships, and Company Owner at Adobe Freight Services since January 2022. Prior to that, Nick served as a Market Development Senior Sales Executive at FedEx Services, focusing on revenue growth and custom service solutions, and as a National Accounts Operations Supervisor at Mach 1 Global Services, managing complex inventory supply chain solutions for major automotive and aerospace companies. Nick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Arizona.
