Leslie Sears

Leslie Sears is an experienced stage manager with a diverse background in theater and opera. Working with Actors' Equity Association since 2006, Leslie has managed productions ranging from solo shows to ensemble-driven plays, including a prominent role at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. As a stage manager for the American Guild of Musical Artists, Leslie has successfully navigated various opera productions, both union and non-union. Positions held include Production Stage Manager at Barrington Stage Company, where Leslie worked on gala events and world premieres, and Production Stage Manager for Concert Theatre Works, overseeing major performances with symphony orchestras. Additional roles include assistant stage management in productions with the Washington National Opera and internships with multiple regional theaters and symphony orchestras. Leslie holds a B.F.A. in Stage and Production Management from Boston University.
