Kathy McMahen

Kathy McMahen has extensive experience in case management and nursing, currently serving as the Associate Manager of Case Management at American Health Holding since June 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing the Case Management Department, conducting performance evaluations, and managing training and personnel orientation. Previously, Kathy worked as a Case Manager for the maternal newborn program, providing assessments and care coordination for high-risk maternity members. Kathy's background also includes roles as an RN Case Manager at Mercy Hospital, where coordination of quality management processes was a primary focus, and as an RN in labor and delivery across various assignments. With an Associate Degree in Nursing from Southern Arkansas University and an LPN certification from Red River Technology, Kathy is well-equipped with the education and experience necessary for high-quality patient care.
