Jenny Presley

Jenny Presley is a dedicated support specialist currently employed at Grace At Home since April 2022, providing support to twenty providers in the practice. With extensive experience in patient coordination at American Health Network since November 2020 and previous roles at MERIDIAN PEDIATRICS, LLC and Fairbanks Addiction Treatment Center, Jenny has honed skills in patient communication, appointment scheduling, and medical information management. A background in social work and human services, complemented by practical experience as a BSW intern and ABA behavioral therapist, enhances Jenny's ability to assist families and individuals in need. Jenny holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis and an Associate’s Degree in Human Services from Ivy Tech Community College.
