Will Fitzgerald is a seasoned manufacturing leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing at American Health Packaging since April 2017, Will previously held the position of Senior Manager of Production. Will’s career includes a tenure at West-Ward Pharmaceuticals as a Process Coach, managing a team of supervisors and over 100 technicians, and a significant role at Boehringer Ingelheim, where contributions spanned from Process Coach to various leadership positions, demonstrating a commitment to driving behavior changes and enhancing organizational capabilities. Will holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Franklin University, completed between 2012 and 2014.
