A synopsis of the services offered are as follows: 1. Primary and preventative health care 2. Family practice, pediatrics and immunization 3. Diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions (i.e.: hypertension, diabetes, infection, and all other conditions within the scope of our providers' medical practice) 4. Gynecology including mammograms and pap smears 5. Family planning and birth control 6. HIV/AIDS and STD testing 7. Specialty services such as gastroenterology, pain management, and retinopathy screenings 8. Therapy and mental health services 9. Psychiatry and interventions utilizing behavioral medicine 10.
