Patrick Pelletier, CCM, LNHA serves as the Vice President of Food & Nutrition Services at American HealthCare, LLC - Heritage Hall Healthcare and Rehabilitation Centers since September 2019, previously holding the title of Director of Dining Experience & Special Projects. Prior experience includes serving as Food & Beverage Director and Food and Beverage Manager for the Salem Red Sox from January 2012 to September 2019. In the role of Facility Supervisor at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment from May 2006 to August 2011, Patrick supervised culinary operations, managed daily revenue tracking, and oversaw food preparation. Additionally, Patrick contributed to guest services at James Madison University Athletics in 2010. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Recreation Management from James Madison University, earned from 2008 to 2012, and graduated from Bruton High School in 2008.
