Mengling Zhu

Claire Zhu is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in corporate accounting, tax preparation, and financial reporting. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Accountant at American Healthcare REIT since March 2022, Claire previously held positions including Senior Accountant at PCC Structurals, Inc., and Tax Accountant at Provident FM, LLC. Additional experience includes work as an Accountant/Tax Preparer at Liddle, Waite & Associates and as a Controller at Partners Capital, Inc., where Claire managed complex accounting operations, investor reporting, and compliance with financial obligations. Claire holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business, as well as an Associate of Science in Accounting from Salt Lake Community College.
