Myla Murphy

Myla Murphy has a extensive and diverse work experience. Myla began their career as an Assistant Property Manager at Insignia/ESG of California, Inc. in 1995 and worked there until 1999. Myla then became a Property Manager at Overton Moore & Associates from 2000 to 2004. After that, Myla joined Hot Topic and held various positions, including Lease Administrator, Manager of Lease Administration, and Senior Manager of Lease Administration from 2007 to 2016. Myla then transitioned to Superior Grocers, where they worked as the Director of Real Estate in 2016 and 2017. Currently, Myla is employed at American Healthcare REIT, where they have held positions as Director of Operations - Asset Management and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations - Asset Management. Myla'sresponsibilities include evaluating department issues, overseeing lease administration, coordinating annual budget processes, and improving relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Myla also develops and maintains department policies and processes, provides training, and collaborates with various departments and external partners.

Myla Murphy obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University.
