Stefan Oh

Stefan Oh has a wealth of experience in the real estate and healthcare industries. Stefan began their career as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young LLP in 1993 before transitioning to a Project & Consulting Manager role at Ernst & Young Sweden. In 1999, Stefan joined Health Care Property Investors, Inc. as the Director of Asset Management & Acquisitions, a position they held for eight years. Stefan then moved on to Grubb & Ellis, where they worked as a Vice President and later as a Senior Vice President in the Healthcare Real Estate division. In 2012, Stefan joined American Healthcare REIT, where they have held various positions such as Senior Vice President - Acquisitions, Executive Vice President - Acquisitions, and currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer. Stefan'sextensive experience and expertise have made him a valuable asset in the industry.

Stefan Oh attended Pepperdine University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
