Teresa Martinez, CPA, has a strong background in accounting and finance. Teresa has held various roles throughout their career, starting as a General Office Assistant at Bridgford Foods in 2003. Teresa then worked as an Audit Intern at Deloitte in 2005 before transitioning to a Senior Accountant role at Deloitte from 2006 to 2009. Martinez then joined Thompson National Properties, LLC as a Financial Reporting Manager from 2009 to 2012. Following this, they worked as a Corporate Assistant Controller at William Lyon Homes from 2012 to 2016. Currently, Martinez is serving as the Vice President of Accounting & Finance at American Healthcare REIT since 2016.
