Jennifer Adrianna Davis has over 20 years of experience in customer success and training within the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at American Healthtech, a PointClickCare Company, since June 2011, Jennifer has led implementation projects and provided training for clients on software systems and policy changes. Prior experience includes a role as a Learning and Development Consultant at ACS Government Healthcare Solutions, where development of training materials and technical writing for system enhancements were key responsibilities. As the President and Co-Founder of MENTORS, Jennifer established organizational policies and evaluated community project performance. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management with an emphasis on Human Resources from DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Jackson State University.
