Jen Masar has a diverse work experience, starting with the American Heart Association in 2007 as the Director of Heart Walk. Jen then worked at the Better Business Bureau as a Sponsorship Development Manager before moving on to KPI Bridge Oil as a Broker/Trader. In 2013, they joined the Arthritis Foundation as a Development Manager, and later became the Regional Development Manager and the National Director of Special Events. In 2018, they returned to the American Heart Association as the Senior Development Director, and in 2019, they assumed the role of Vice President of Development.
