Jessica Berretta

Jessica Berretta is currently serving as the Vice President of Development at the American Heart Association since December 2021. Prior to that, they were the Chief Giving Officer at the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey from April 2019 to May 2021. Jessica also worked at Broad Street Ministry, where they held the positions of Director of Development from July 2017 to March 2019, and Corporate and Volunteer Relations Manager from February 2015 to June 2017. Before that, they worked as a Senior Global Corporate Account Manager at IOP Publishing from February 2011 to January 2015. Jessica also served as the CEO of Firefly Literacy Fund from 2008 to 2013 and worked at Mobi (formerly Bluefish) as a Development Manager from 2009 to 2010 and a Program Manager from 2003 to 2009.

Jessica Berretta has a Certificate in "Insights for Innovation" from IDEOU, obtained in 2021. Jessica also holds a BA in Communications & Culture from Indiana University Bloomington, earned between 1999 and 2003. Prior to that, they attended Lahser High School from 1996 to 1999. Jessica has additional certifications, including "From Ideas to Action" and "Insights for Innovation" from IDEO U, obtained in 2021.
