Meagan Hemenway

Meagan Hemenway currently serves as the Tarrant County Executive Director for the American Heart Association, a position held since October 2024. In addition, Meagan holds a board member role at Dallas Children's Theater since June 2023. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Development at the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra from January 2022 to October 2024, and as Director of Development at the AT&T Performing Arts Center from June 2016 to January 2022. Earlier roles also include Director of Individual Giving at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science and multiple positions at the AT&T Performing Arts Center, including Senior Manager of Individual Giving, Membership Programs Manager, and Development Coordinator. Meagan began a career in development at Dallas Children's Theater as Development and Volunteer Coordinator from November 2007 to November 2010. Meagan holds a degree from Rhode Island College, obtained between 2002 and 2007.
