Shannon Lawson is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in brand development and creative strategy. Currently serving as the National Brand Marketing Manager at the American Heart Association since October 2017, Shannon leads the creative direction and execution of national marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across various initiatives. Previous roles include National Creative Manager and National Marketing Manager for the Go Red for Women campaign, where Shannon successfully managed content and creative assets. Prior to the American Heart Association, Shannon worked at Friends For Life Animal Rescue and Adoption Organization, Design At Work, National Oilwell Varco, and other organizations, demonstrating expertise in communications, event coordination, and client management. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma and a minor in Spanish Language.
