Steven Embree

Steven Embree possesses extensive experience in communications and marketing, currently serving as Executive Director for the Bear Bryant Awards and Region Vice President of Communications at the American Heart Association since March 2017. In addition to this role, Steven has been a Business Owner at OKC Sweets since June 2020 and at Big Green Moving Boxes from August 2018 to December 2024. Previous experience includes positions as Marketing Manager at the Museum of the Bible and Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications at USA Softball, where Steven also acted as Events Coordinator. Early career experience includes a Communications Internship at the American Junior Golf Association. Steven holds a Master of Education in Intercollegiate Athletic Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Advertising, both from the University of Oklahoma.
