Lynette Crivello is an experienced underwriter with a robust background in the mortgage industry, currently serving as an Underwriter at American Heritage Lending, Inc. since September 2021. Prior roles include Senior Underwriter at OneTrust Home Loans, where responsibilities encompassed underwriting various types of residential loans, and at Deephaven Mortgage, focusing on Non-QM mortgage loans and quality control audits. Lynette has also held positions at LendSure Mortgage Corp., First Guarantee Mortgage Corp., BluFi Lending, Plaza Home Mortgage, Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, and Accredited Home Lenders, accumulating extensive expertise in compliance, loan structuring, and fraud prevention throughout a progressive career that began in 2003.
