Charley Read

Charley Read has a diverse work experience in various industries. Charley served as the Chief Operating Officer at American Highway, where they led the operations team, implemented continuous improvement programs, and supported revenue growth. Charley also worked as a General Manager at American Highway, managing facility closures, project developments, and relocations. In their role as a General Manager at Dayton Superior, Charley managed the transition of a facility to new ownership, implemented organizational changes, and improved financial performance. Additionally, they worked as a Director at Cognizant, where they led a team of manufacturing consultants and worked on large-scale projects. Charley's early career includes a role as a Director at Technical Design Services, Inc, where they managed multiple projects, implemented process improvements, and developed strategic service lines.

Charley Read holds a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Bradley University. Charley has also obtained a Master's of Business Administration with a focus on Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Southern Indiana.
