Josh Brown

Josh Brown has extensive experience in the public sector. Josh began their career in 1992 as the Chief Information Officer for Elkton Supply Company, Inc. In 1999, they became the President of Historic Elk Landing Foundation, Inc., a role they held until 2010. During this time, they also served as a Trustee for the Maryland Historical Trust, Vice Chairman of the Town of Elkton Historic District Commission, Board Member of the Maryland Planning Commissioners Association, Planning & Zoning Board for Cecil County Government, Board Member of the Cecil County S.P.C.A., Board Member of the Cecil College Foundation, Inc., and Board Member of the Fair Hill Nature Center. In 2012, they joined Cecil Business Leaders P.A.C. as a Member Board of Directors.

Josh Brown attended Cecil College in 2002, where they completed the Cecil Leadership Institute. Prior to that, they attended Roger Williams University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a B.S. in Industrial Technologies Management, a Minor in Business Management, and an Environmental Occupational Safety and Health Certificate. In 2002, they also began attending Indiana University-Purdue University for Do it Best Corp. Management Training.
