Susan Sheffey

Susan Sheffey serves as the Director of Data Quality at the American Hospital Association since February 2013, following a role as Senior Data Quality Analyst within the same organization. In addition to this position, Susan has been an Instructor in Psychology at Loyola University Chicago since 1989. Previously, Susan held the position of Director of Performance Management at JVS Chicago from August 1994 to February 2013. Susan holds a Ph.D. in Applied Social Psychology from Loyola University Chicago and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
