Marsha Leonard

Marsha Leonard has extensive experience in the senior living industry. Marsha began their career in 1999 as an Assistant Administrator at Whispering Pines. Marsha then worked at Brookdale Senior Living as an Executive Director from 2006 to 2010. Following that, Marsha joined Rittenhouse Senior Living as an Executive Director from 2010 to 2022. Marsha then worked at Discovery Senior Living as an Area Manager from 2019 to 2022. In 2022, they joined Pathway to Living as a Regional Director of Operations until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Vice President of Operations at American House Senior Living Communities.

Marsha Leonard obtained an Associate's degree from Sawyer College from 1993 to 1995. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications as a Certified Dementia Practitioner from NCCDP in April 2018 and as a Health Facility Administrator from NAB/State of Indiana in June 2002.
