Cheryl Lesko

Cheryl Lesko is a seasoned professional in nonprofit leadership with extensive experience in fundraising and philanthropy. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer at American Humane since August 2022, Cheryl previously held key positions at the National 4-H Council from June 2017 to August 2022, including Vice President of Individual Giving & Events. Cheryl's career also encompasses significant roles at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium and Canine Companions for Independence, where responsibilities involved major gifts, planned giving, and overall philanthropy. Cheryl holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Capital University.
