Mandi Nordin

Mandi Nordin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program coordination, management, and animal care. Currently serving as a Program Coordinator for American Humane since September 2023, Mandi previously held the position of General Manager at No Leash Needed, where leadership and change management skills led to improved operational metrics. At the Saint Louis Zoo, Mandi managed programs and group tours for over two decades, combining strategic sales, marketing, and public relations efforts. Additionally, Mandi has a background as an Animal Care Specialist and Retail Shop Supervisor, with a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts Psychology and Sociology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
