Tabitha Bland, CAP, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Chief Executive Assistant at American Humane since December 2023. Prior to this role, Tabitha worked at Inspire from November 2018 to December 2023, advancing from Executive Assistant to Senior Executive Assistant & Senior HR Manager. Tabitha's extensive experience includes administrative and executive support roles in various organizations, such as the DC Government, R. Kristi Modern Hospitality, Profit Investment Management, Nationwide Asset Services, M.F.S. Investment Management, and Ashley Furniture Home Store. With a strong background in scheduling, report preparation, client relations, and grants management, Tabitha holds an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Montgomery College.
