Jennifer Kalmanson

Jennifer Kalmanson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jennifer currently works as an Advanced Systems Engineer at General Dynamics Mission Systems since March 2020. Prior to this, they held leadership roles at Institute For Humanist Studies, serving as President since March 2016 and Director from January 2011 to March 2016. Jennifer also worked as an Author and Vice President at the American Humanist Association, and as a Celebrant at the Humanist Society. In 2014, they founded Kalmanson Enterprises, LLC, which provides consulting services and serves as a holding company for other business ventures. Jennifer has also served as a Director at The Humanist Institute and held various positions at Washington Area Secular Humanists. Before that, they worked as a Senior Principal Engineer at Orbital Sciences Corporation. Additionally, they were a Director at the West Laurel Civic Association.

Jennifer Kalmanson completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in both Applied Physics and French at Hiram College from 1992 to 1996. Jennifer then pursued a Master of Science degree in Space Sciences at the Florida Institute of Technology from 1996 to 1998.
