Michael Jebber is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in modern leadership coaching, enterprise lean and agile adoptions, and performance improvement. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Agile Meridian since January 2021, Michael specializes in adaptive capabilities and executive structures, emphasizing measurable and collaborative approaches to corporate alignment. In addition, Michael is an Advisory Board Member at Lunum, focusing on equity, diversity, and worker well-being. As a leadership coach for multiple organizations including American Hydro, Enprotech, and Bevcorp LLC, Michael leverages a strong background in lean and agile methodologies. Previous roles include operations coaching at ETS and strategic training at Swagelok and The College Board. Michael holds a BA in Economics from The University of Akron.
