Rick Weidner is an experienced mechanical engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University. Currently serving as a Senior Proposal Leader at American Hydro since July 2020, Rick has held similar positions at Wärtsilä and Weir Power & Industrial. Prior experience includes roles as an Application Engineer at Colfax Fluid Handling and a Project Engineer at Pelletron Corporation. Rick has also contributed as a volunteer at The Lancaster Science Factory and served at BAE Systems as a Mechanical Engineering staff member. Rick's engineering career began at SERFILCO, followed by a position as an Associate Engineer at Thermacore.
