Matt Baxter is an accomplished sales and account management professional with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as an Inside Sales Executive at American Immersion Theater since June 2017, Matt specializes in guiding clients through the options for hosting customized Murder Mystery events. Prior to this, Matt worked as an Independent Contractor at Shipt for a brief period in 2017 and spent 17 years at Kent Communications, Inc. in multiple capacities including Account Executive, Account Manager, and Fulfillment Supervisor, demonstrating a strong background in printing, mailing, and design services. Earlier in Matt's career, a role at RBC Ministries encompassed various responsibilities, including warehouse operations and team supervision. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Western Michigan University.

AIT, founded by Michigan native and entrepreneur, Scott Cramton, is the nation’s premier source for professionally trained actors for hire. Extensively coached under the exclusive Grimprov Method, each actor featured has been rigorously prepared for immersive and improvisational theater performances, and the skills and experience gained easily translates to any medium. To keep their skills sharp, actors work public and private murder mystery shows, princess parties, and atmospheric events.
