Tom Hughes is an experienced sales and business professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Private Sales Leader at American Immersion Theater since January 2019, Tom specializes in hiring, training, and coaching a sales team dedicated to creating engaging corporate and private events. Prior to this, Tom held positions including Sales Manager at SecurAlarm Systems Inc and Sales and Business Coach at BlastAhead, where expertise in developing successful sales strategies was highlighted. Tom's extensive involvement in community and business initiatives includes serving as a Board Member at Allendale Chamber of Commerce and as a facilitator with Achievement Resources. Educational experience includes studies at Michigan State University and Davenport University.

Extensively coached under the exclusive Grimprov Method, each actor featured has been rigorously prepared for immersive and improvisational theater performances, and the skills and experience gained easily translates to any medium.
