Jean Philippe Chetcuti

Jean Philippe Chetcuti is a Senior Partner at Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates, specializing in Tax and Immigration Services since September 2002. With extensive expertise in facilitating international investments and managing global citizenship and residency programs, Jean Philippe also serves as a Visiting Lecturer in the Tax Department at Maastricht University and holds the position of Chairman of STEP Malta. Additionally, as an International Associate with the American Immigration Lawyers Association and Secretary of the Malta Association of Family Enterprises, Jean Philippe is committed to promoting family business interests and education within Malta. Previous roles include partnership at Film Malta and an Assistant Lectureship at Warwick Business School, alongside early career experience at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Jean Philippe's academic qualifications include a Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta and an LL.M. in International Economic Law from the University of Warwick.
