Jennifer Coberly

Jennifer Coberly is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in immigration and litigation. Currently serving as a Benefits Litigation Attorney for the American Immigration Lawyers Association since July 2022, Coberly previously held the position of Senior Litigation Attorney at Americans for Immigrant Justice from July 2020 to July 2022. As a Sole Proprietor from 2016 to July 2020, Coberly provided legal consulting and national litigation counsel, focusing on employment law compliance, non-compete disputes, and complex civil litigation within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Prior to that, Coberly worked as an Attorney at FordHarrison LLP from June 2012 to August 2016, served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Point Blank Solutions Inc. from April 2008 to June 2009, and was a Partner at Zuckerman Spaeder LLP from October 1991 to April 2008. Coberly holds a Juris Doctorate from Yale Law School.
