Justin Hermann

Justin Hermann began their work experience in 2012 as a Field Assistant at SJ Anderson Construction, where they gained knowledge and interest in construction management. Justin then worked as a Project Assistant at Advanced Development & Building Services, LLC from 2013 to 2015, where they remodeled homes and managed employee scheduling and payments. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Sun Valley Builders as a Project Manager, handling various tasks such as estimating, project coordination, and contract management. In 2017, they worked as a Project Engineer at DPR Construction, managing a 3 million dollar hospital remodel. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Executive Producer at American Income Life: AO, assisting the US and Canada.

Justin Hermann earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University. Prior to that, they attended Pinnacle High School. In addition to their education, they obtained certifications such as the Life & Health Insurance License from the Texas Department of Insurance in 2017, the OSHA-30 Hour from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration in 2015, and the Rule 310 Certification from the Maricopa County Air Quality Department in October 2014.
