Nandini Detha currently serves as Senior Manager HR at the American India Foundation, a position held since January 2023. Prior to that role, Nandini worked as Manager - HRBP West Hub Lead at Save the Children, India from December 2019 to January 2023, and held various HR positions at Educate Girls, including Manager HR & Admin and Deputy Manager - HR & Admin from May 2016 to December 2019. Nandini's career began at ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth as Associate HR from October 2014 to May 2016, following a tenure at G R INFRAPROJECTS LTD. as Assistant Manager - HR and HR Executive from December 2010 to October 2014. Nandini also has experience as AM at BIRLA SUNLIFE INSURANCE from September 2008 to October 2009. Educational qualifications include a Fellowship in HRD from the Academy of HRD, a Master's of Human Resource Management from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, and a Psychology Honors degree from Maharani College, Rajasthan University. Currently, Nandini is pursuing a Diploma in Training & Development from ISTD.
