Amit Arora

Amit Arora has extensive work experience in various leadership roles across different industries. Amit is currently serving as the Managing Director of Industrial Restructuring at the American Industrial Acquisition Corporation. In this role, they oversee the acquisition of manufacturing companies from large corporations worldwide.

Prior to their current position, Amit was the President of Jubilant HollisterStier LLC, a pharmaceutical company. Amit was responsible for managing the contract manufacturing business across two locations and overseeing a team of over 800 employees.

Before joining Jubilant HollisterStier, Amit held the role of Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Strategy at Jubilant Life Sciences. In this capacity, they led global strategy initiatives, budgeting processes, financial reporting, and the integration of newly acquired companies into the parent company.

Amit also has experience working at HSBC India, HSBC, Jubilant Organosys Ltd, GE Money, American Express, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and A F Ferguson & Co. In these roles, they held various positions of leadership and was responsible for areas such as external reporting, financial planning and analysis, and strategic planning.

Throughout their career, Amit has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in financial management, strategy development, and operational improvement. Amit has a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability in diverse industries.

Amit Arora has a diverse education history. In 1987 to 1988, they attended D T E A where they pursued a degree in commerce. Following this, from 1991 to 1994, Amit attended the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India, also known as the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, where they obtained a degree in Cost Accounting. In addition, during the same period, they also completed a Chartered Accountancy (CA) program from ICAI. Most recently, in 2019, Amit attended Harvard Business School for a short course called Leadership for Senior Executives.
