Alla O. has had a diverse range of work experiences. Alla has served as Managing Director, Education and Technical Initiatives at the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), where they worked on delivering programs and products to position AIHA as a leading source of industrial hygiene education. Prior to this, they were the Director of Education at AIHA, responsible for implementing an education strategy and overseeing various learning formats. Alla also worked as the Director of Curriculum Development at InfoComm International, managing a team that developed audiovisual industry courses. Alla O. has experience in overseeing education programs and departments, as seen in their role as Sr. VP, Professional Development and Certification at The Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) and as Director, Continuing Education at The American Institute of Architects (AIA). Alla has expertise in eLearning and online education, as demonstrated by their roles at AIA, Capitol College, and SC ETV. Overall, Alla O. has a strong background in education management and curriculum development.

Alla O. attended St. Petersburg State Pedagogical University from 1983 to 1988, where they obtained their MA degree in Teaching English and German Languages.
