Bethany Chirico, MBA, CAE, CMP has extensive work experience in the field of events management and conference planning. Bethany started their career at CNN as an Electronic Graphics Operator before transitioning to roles in the association and corporate sectors. Bethany has held positions such as Associate Conference Director at the Cato Institute, Assistant to the Director of Education and Distribution Services at Food Distributors International, and Conference and Events Manager at Ellsworth Associates, Inc. Bethany then joined Xtria, LLC as Director of Conference and Events Management, where they managed various projects and increased online conference submissions and registrations through the implementation of a database management system. Bethany later served as Director of Conference and Meetings at the National Association for College Admission Counseling, overseeing the planning and execution of conferences. At the American Bankers Association, they held the role of Vice President, Events Management and Delivery. Currently, Bethany is the Managing Director for Global Meetings and Outreach at the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA).

Bethany Chirico holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Marymount University. Bethany also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism from The Ohio State University.
