Joe Frankie

Joe Frankie founded JFIII Associates LLC where he consults/advises/coaches’ leaders and organizations. He has co-authored an award-winning book on LinkedIn networking, recently. In the past 6 years, he has performed an executive search for a large firm, with a partner and now with his own team.

He brings over 40 years of leading and managing multiple business projects worldwide in the private and public sectors—Asia, South Korea, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq. Joe served and supported customer organizations at the tactical through strategic leadership levels. He forged investment banking relationships internationally for a $3 Billion, five-year program for water project infrastructure in China. He coordinated a transportation channel for the flow of consumer goods into Afghanistan and later, Iraq for our service members as a C-level executive. He led the joint program management for an $8 Billion joint Army /Navy system being tested for acquisition by the Department of Defense as a Colonel in the U.S. Army. Joe has the proven ability to solve challenges with diverse groups at all levels from warehousemen, Board of Directors, Members of Congress, and Ministers of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Joe speaks Spanish and is familiar with Latin American, Korean, Chinese, German, and Middle East cultures.

Shortly after departing the U.S Army in 2004, Joe joined Horseshoe Group, Inc. (HGI) where his particular focus was HGI’s cooperative joint venture with their Chinese partners to acquire, build and operate water and wastewater infrastructure in China, a $3-5 Billion program. Joe supported other HGI efforts to include a large-scale, vertically integrated, renewable energy power project across the southwest, petroleum exploration and transportation, and custom chemical processing opportunities in Texas. Joe later served as VP of Knowledge Transfer: Energy and on the Board of Directors of OpCon Technologies, Inc. He has consulted and advised in a number of areas related to consequence management, logistics, and transportation.
