Additionally, Rich Smalling is a founder and consultant at Rolling8, LLC, leveraging over 25 years of experience in M&A and strategic organizational development. Rich Smalling has held director and investor roles at companies such as Origin Materials and Garrison Brothers Distillery and has a robust background in product development from earlier positions at FMC, GE Plastics, and Borg Warner Chemicals. Rich Smalling holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
