Grace K. Paranzino

Dr. Paranzino is a nurse executive with 30 years of progressive management experience in the hospital environment, academia, and the healthcare staffing industry. Dr. Paranzino is the Corporate Chief Clinical Officer for Kelly Healthcare Resources, a Fortune 500 Company headquartered in Troy, MI. She is responsible for clinical oversight of nursing activities, quality and licensure issues, educational programs, and serves as a liaison between senior management and branch contracts/negotiations. Primary clinical operational responsibilities include program development, implementation, and evaluation; credentialing; quality improvement; process improvement; and Joint Commission certification Dr. Paranzino has also served as Health Services Specialist for DaimlerChrysler Corporation; Assistant Professor of Family, Community and Preventive Medicine at Drexel University, College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA; and a consultant to ATSDR. She was the primary presenter for the CDC Public Health Teleconference Network presentation on “Environmental Health: A Nursing Opportunity”. Dr. Paranzino is Past-President of the Association of Occupational and Environmental Clinics (AOEC) in Washington, DC. Dr. Paranzino is actively involved with the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses (AAOHN). She is currently the President of the Michigan State Chapter, serves as Director on the Board of Directors for AAOHN, and is on the Editorial Review Board for the AAOHN Journal and is the consulting editor for Occupational Health Management. Dr. Paranzino received her undergraduate nursing degree from Holy Family College, her master’s degree in Health Education from St. Joseph’s University, and a Doctor of Education from Nova Southeastern University.
