Sandeep Kumar Padhy

Sandeep Kumar Padhy is a dedicated Chemical Engineer currently serving as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in the Polysilicon division at Reliance Industries Limited since August 2024. In this role, Sandeep actively participates in engineering document reviews, contributing technical insights to enhance design clarity and operability. As a student member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers and a former core team member of the AIChE NIT Rourkela Student Chapter, Sandeep is engaged in chemical engineering initiatives. Prior experience includes an internship at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, where Sandeep worked on corrosion assessments and material integrity, and summer projects at the National Institute of Technology Rourkela focused on developing green thermal conductivity additives and improving thermal management for solar applications. Sandeep completed a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering at the National Institute of Technology Rourkela in 2024, following earlier education at Kendriya Vidyalaya Puri.
