Tina Murray has over 20 years of experience in customer service and team leadership, currently serving as Associate Director of Customer Service at AIChE since November 2013, where previous roles included Manager and Supervisor in the same department. Prior to AIChE, Tina held key positions at The National Groups, leading teams in Deed In Lieu and Loss Mitigation, and developed training programs at Pitney Bowes as a New Hire/Systems Training Supervisor. Earlier experience includes managing customer service teams at People's Bank. Tina is currently pursuing an Associate's Degree in Business Management from Kaplan University.
